We realized the scheduling process can have a significant impact on if/when/how patients show up to our facilities while at the same time business outcomes can be severely affected by a suboptimal utilization of our imaging resources due to improper scheduling, especially given the high patient no-show rates pervasive in the industry.

At CCD, having served millions of appointments for close to a decade, led us to explore and come up with efficient solutions to strategically optimize the scheduling process leveraging Machine learning techniques to make sure revenue generation was maximized without sacrificing Patient Experience.
