How to use it!

Chatting with our Help Desk is quick and effortless. 

  1. Click the Chat Icon: Look for the chat icon located at the bottom right corner of your screen. It’s a small speech bubble icon that’s hard to miss.

  2. Initiate the Conversation: Simply click on the chat icon, and a chat window will pop up. You’ll be greeted by our friendly Help Desk “Ri-cawr-dog”, ready to assist you.

  3. Select Your Question: In the chat window, select your question or the issue you’re facing. 

  4. Receive Instant Response: The Help Desk Bot will swiftly analyze your question and provide you with a relevant response. If more information is needed, it will guide you through the process.

  5. Continue the Conversation: Engage in a back-and-forth conversation to clarify details, gather more information, or explore additional options.

  6. Human Support (if needed): If your query requires human intervention or more complex assistance, the bot will seamlessly transfer the conversation to the corresponding area.
