Contact Centers Dominicana was founded in 2011 by Carlos Ziegenhirt in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Primarily focused on offering healthcare business process outsourcing, we developed great expertise in the patient experience spectrum. Now, we offer a wider number of services, but our focus remains the same, to partner with great firms and optimize their non-core business services to create value for all.

In 2017, Amergent Capital, a private equity investment firm completed a majority acquisition of CCD. Bringing both, the financial and human capital that CCD needed to grow exponentially. Since then, we have become one of the fastest-growing companies in our sector throughout the Dominican Republic and Central America. Our goal is to continue improving, always aiming to make the world a better place one interaction at a time.
