We’re committed to growing our green footprint alongside our team. Our signature initiative ensures that for every CCD employee, there’s a tree growing and contributing to Earth’s future.
Our Goals
- Match our workforce growth with forest growth: One tree planted per active employee
- Create sustainable, native forests that support local ecosystems
- Track and monitor our planted trees’ survival and growth rates
Key Initiatives
- Strategic site selection focusing on areas most in need of reforestation
- Annual planting events in carefully chosen locations
- Partnership with environmental experts to ensure proper species selection and planting techniques
- Long-term monitoring and maintenance programs
