🌳 Reforestation Program

We’re committed to growing our green footprint alongside our team. Our signature initiative ensures that for every CCD employee, there’s a tree growing and contributing to Earth’s future.

Our Goals

  • Match our workforce growth with forest growth: One tree planted per active employee
  • Create sustainable, native forests that support local ecosystems
  • Track and monitor our planted trees’ survival and growth rates

Key Initiatives

  • Strategic site selection focusing on areas most in need of reforestation
  • Annual planting events in carefully chosen locations
  • Partnership with environmental experts to ensure proper species selection and planting techniques
  • Long-term monitoring and maintenance programs

 

 

In 2024, we were thrilled to reach the goal of planting 3,000 trees at Finca Remberto Estrella, a beautiful place with a rich ecological heritage in the north of the Dominican Republic. Read full note below:

 

Recycled Water Filters with Advanced Purification

Our sites have implemented advanced recycled water filters featuring a 7-step purification process to provide our employees with mineral-rich, potable water.
